Billionaire wealth is not simply personal prosperity. At this scale, wealth becomes power over companies, technology, media, political access and inherited advantage. The democratic question is whether political equality can survive beside such concentrated private power.

At billionaire scale, ownership becomes institutional command. Decisions made by a handful of individuals shape work, information, technology, infrastructure and public priorities.
ELECTIONS DO NOT CONTROL IT.
Citizens may vote, but they do not vote on the private systems that increasingly organise their lives. Economic power operates continuously, while democratic control remains limited and intermittent.
DEMOCRACY REQUIRES A LIMIT.
A democratic society can permit success, enterprise and wealth without permitting private power to become politically dominant and hereditary. NO BILLIONAIRES BY 2050 defines that democratic limit.
EXTREME WEALTH IS NOT ONLY
